The amount of talcous dust is 2Kg per cubic meter of the test chamber volume. The dust injection rate is 2.0 Kg/m³ or 0.25 Kg/125L. H2O at 12.5 liters/minute through a 6.3 mm (1/4”) nozzle from a distance of 2.5 – 3 meters from all directions for at least 3 minutes.

The amount of talcous dust is 2Kg per cubic meter of the test chamber volume. The dust injection rate is 2.0 Kg/m³ or 0.25 Kg/125L. H2O at 100 liters/minute through a 12.5 mm (1/2”) nozzle from a distance of 2.5 – 3 meters from all directions for at least 3 minutes.

IP69K

The amount of talcous dust is 2Kg per cubic meter of the test chamber volume. The dust injection rate is 2.0 Kg/m³ or 0.25 Kg/125L. High temperature (up to 175°F/80°C) steam or water wash-downs at pressures of 1160 to 1450 psi at a rate of about 4 gallons per minute for at least 30 seconds from a distance between 4 and 6 inches at four different angle positions. (0°, 30°, 60°, 90°) while the DUT rotates at 5 rpm on a turntable.

UL-1598 Wet Location

A four hour, wet location test per section 16.5.2 of UL 1598: 2008 with 3 spray heads in accordance with section 19.17, maintaining 5 psi at each head.
