As a seasoned Lighting Design Engineer for eight years, Russell has honed his skills in creating innovative and efficient lighting solutions. His extensive background in managerial roles spanning two decades further exemplifies his commitment to excellence and driving success in every endeavor.

In June of 2023, Russell’s outstanding contributions led to his appointment as Lab Manager, further solidifying his dedication to advancing the forefront of technology and research in the field of lighting.
